Freeman High School Softball Team

Freeman High School Softball team members participate in various community service projects to receive their uniforms each year. Coach Voss uses her position as a coach and the game of softball as a platform to show athletes how to go beyond their God-given abilities and demonstrate their efforts off the ball field by serving others. In order to receive their uniform, players must complete 30 hours of community service. Some of the service projects included running Field Day, working school tournaments, volunteering at the animal shelter, packing Thanksgiving to-go boxes for the homeless, adopting a child for Christmas (through Katy Christian Ministries Santa’s Sleigh) and much more.
